Luke McKend

Formerly an industry head for Google UK, Luke Mckend is country director for Google South Africa (www.google.com/Africa; google-africa.blogspot.com; @googleafrica; adwords.blogspot.com).

Luke has worked across a wide variety of businesses, ranging from the classifieds, dating and job sectors to property, restaurants and education.

Prior to joining Google, he was the commercial director of a startup tech company which was one of the fastest growing UK tech companies in 2005.

Having spent over a decade in colder climates, he is pleased to be back in sunny South Africa, together with his family.
