Geoff Garrett

Geoff Garrett is the CEO of TSPI (www.tspigroup.com), a specialist sales performance improvement consulting and solutions business for B2B sales environments.

Geoff has more than a decade's experience improving sales performance and turning businesses around at some of the country's largest and most significant organisations. He's been involved at the highest echelons of the country's business, based on his philosophy of intimately uniting technology and business processes to achieve sales performance success.

Among his many accomplishments, in 1999 he helped start EDS's E-Business Solutions division in South Africa. He was involved in the unification of CS Holdings' and Bytes Technology Networks' Microsoft businesses in 2005. He not only helped align the two operations but assisted in their profitability and revenue growth by the end of 2005.

In 2006, he beat a major consulting firm and others to handle the turnaround of government's largest BEE investment at the time - the National Empowerment Fund.

In 2008, Geoff won a contract with Microsoft to develop its business plans for investment in partners, the first time Microsoft ever outsourced such work to a third-party, and Geoff handled 14 companies in three months for the Redmond giant.

In 2011, Geoff created a joint venture between Think Corporation and Bytes Technology Group, called TSPI Group. It is owned by JSE-listed Altron.

TSPI is a specialist sales performance improvement consulting and solutions business for B2B sales environments.
