Innocent Magweva has over 28 years of development work across Africa in the areas education, training, communication and civil engineering and development program management experience with private business, governments, international and local NGOs in over 10 African countries. His experience in program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, enables him to provide the needed strategic coordination of very complex projects. He holds three master degrees in education, peace, leadership and governance, disability and numerous other qualifications in the fields of agriculture, accounting, business, personnel management, ITC. Has provided consultancy to various governments, (e.g Magweva & Mavundukure; 2002; Magweva & Musendo 2004 Levers & Magweva 2005; 2008; 2009;) NGOs (e.g. Levers, Mpofu & Magweva 2006; Magweva 2007) and carried out numerous research (e.g Magweva 1996, 1997, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2013;
