I manage a team of 5 sales consultants. My role is to lead and enable them in order to achieve an increase in sales. I am responsible for the recruitment and training of new sales consultants. I also assist with marketing and operations, as well as attend to any IT related issues. I have been mentored by the CEO and report directly to him.
