I am a self-motivated person with high ambitions(like almost everyone on planet earth) I enjoy all new challenges(old ones too) and willing to learn and grow as an individual. I am a team player, a people's person and interact easily in all sorts of different situations(some, I create myself). I am honest and reliable with high moral standards which apparently reflects in my work ethics. I have been working within the Employee Benefits environment for the past 14 years, have been extensively trained at a managerial level within the business, working with top Administration Heads(Well some where, the rest I just gave them the benefit of the doubt) I have gained the technical and human aspects of management(all on my own) as well as the conceptual skills to understand any business as a whole(really, its not that hard), and I am currently looking for a new career path... :)
