The 58th Annual Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity kicked off on Sunday, 19 June 2011, and will be running until Saturday 25 June. Thought-leaders and experts in all forms of communications are getting together to inspire, debate and entertain at the festival. The event features 57 world-class seminars across seven days inside the Palais des Festival, as well as four awards ceremonies.

Update 24 June: The Cannes soccer tournament took place on Thursday 23 June and the winning title went to the team from Brazil.
