The Business Model Innovation course helps CEOs and company executives to implement fresh thinking within their organisation, to help prepare for and capitalise on volatile and uncertain conditions in tough economic times.
BMI is not a traditional business education course, but combines theory and practical application to help companies deal with particular challenges in their business environment and come out on top.
