After 14 years with SPC, Ginindza will drive strategic partnerships, productise the group’s offerings and unlock scalable growth across agencies.
A 20-year veteran across full-funnel marketing, performance strategy, AI-driven creative delivery, and media management, Mancotywa honed his expertise at leading agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Joe Public, and Wunderman Thompson.
“Brands need the scale of mass communication and the credibility of localised engagement.
“The rapid evolution of AI will enable smarter, more targeted and context-rich communication — helping brands connect with people in ways that are both authentic and measurable.”
A pivotal moment
Mancotywa is joining SPC at a pivotal moment, as the agency marks 15 years in business with a strategic repositioning from a solely social media specialist to a strategy-led digital agency rooted in local culture.
The new focus puts cultural intelligence at the centre of how SPC helps brands achieve measurable growth — combining audience insight, strategic storytelling and digital innovation to build relevance where people actually live, speak and spend time.
To support the shift, SPC has unveiled an updated identity and website that reflect a more fluid, adaptive brand.
The identity signals an agency designed to evolve with culture and deliver value through work that is both meaningful to communities and accountable to outcomes.
A holistic view
“A holistic view had to be taken to arrive at the strategic repositioning of SPC,” says Ginindza.
“We’re not just a service provider — we are a thinking partner for brands that want to stay relevant, resonate and grow with purpose.”
Growth now hinges on guidance that helps brands show up meaningfully, not just more often. In a saturated market, only an insight-led strategy earns a premium position and converts relevance into measurable impact.
