An award-winning financial services group with a proud African heritage and a reputation for excellence is looking for an experienced Loan Servicing Manager who knows that great lending operations take more than good processes — they take great people, smart decisions and strong leadership.
You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, elevating service delivery, improving processes and ensuring performance remains on track. This role is a perfect fit for someone with investment banking loan administration / agency experience, strong financial reconciliation skills, and hands-on exposure to loan settlements, syndicated lending, and P and L control.
Requirements:- Appropriate business commerce / accounting qualification
- 3–4 years in investment banking debt operations, loans administration, agency or syndicated loan servicing.
- Hands-on experience with P and L queries, reconciliations, interest calculations, settlement figures and breakage costs.
- Understands syndicated and structured loans, funding positions, repayments, drawdowns and facility restructures.
- Hands-on experience with ACBS or any other comparable loan management system, alongside financial reconciliation tools.
