Apply now!!!Requirements:Must-have:- 3–5 years backend experience shipping to production
- Working knowledge of Microservices, DDD, TDD, Event-Driven Architecture, Clean Architecture — you’ve used them, not just read about them
- Familiarity with CQRS, Saga, Circuit Breaker — enough to follow a senior’s lead and contribute meaningfully
- Strong software fundamentals — you can reason about complexity, failure, and trade-offs
- Comfortable in at least one backend language and genuinely willing to learn others
- You ask good questions and don’t disappear when stuck
Nice-to-have:- Frontend skills (React/Next.js or similar) — full-slice contributors are highly valued
- Any exposure to LLMs, RAG, or agent frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD
- A side project or contribution that shows curiosity
