Executive Manager who can operate as the CEO’s second-in-command and take ownership of the day-to-day running of the business.
You are an articulate, confident leader who knows how to turn strategy into action, hold senior teams accountable and bring structure to a fast-moving organisation. You’ll need strong commercial and financial acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the business confidently with clients, partners, government and executive stakeholders.
A
bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, project management or a related field is required, with an MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous. You should have
10–15 years’ senior management experience and advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge.
What will you do?- Lead the day-to-day operations and drive execution of strategic priorities.
- Chair management meetings and ensure accountability across the executive team.
- Oversee operations, projects and service delivery, resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure departments deliver against agreed targets.
- Lead, coach and mentor department heads.
- Manage performance reviews, key recruitment and succession planning.
- Represent the CEO when delegated and support major business development opportunities, tenders and partnerships.
- Review proposals, presentations and executive reports.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, teams and planner.
- Strengthen SOPs, governance, document control and continuous improvement.
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, forecasting and cash flow.
- Ensure strategic projects are delivered effectively and on time.
What do you need?- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, project management or a related discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification advantageous. - 10–15 years’ senior management experience.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent executive communication and report-writing skills.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge, particularly SharePoint, teams and planner.
- Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving abilities.
- The confidence and presence to represent the organisation at board, government and executive level.
