What are we looking for?

We are looking for a hands-on Creative Production Designer who enjoys combining creativity with production. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable designing artwork and working with production equipment to bring creative concepts to life.

You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-oriented, enjoy learning new skills and are excited to work across both creative and technical disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Create artwork and production-ready designs using CorelDRAW and Photoshop
  Prepare and manage print-ready files for in-house production
• Operate large-format fabric printing equipment (training provided if required)
• Operate laser cutting equipment (training provided)
• Operate 3D printing equipment (training provided)
• Assist with the production and finishing of branded materials
• Ensure all work meets the brand's high standards of quality and accuracy
• Support the creative team with design and production requirements
• Assist with basic photography and content creation when required
• Maintain production equipment and keep the workspace organised
• Handle and move print materials and equipment as part of the production process

What do you need?

• Experience in graphic design for a luxury brand
  Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Photoshop
• Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite or other design software would be advantageous
• A keen eye for detail and strong design fundamentals
• Willingness to learn new production technologies, including large-format printing, laser cutting and 3D printing
• Basic photography or content creation skills would be advantageous
• A practical, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable performing occasional physical tasks, including lifting and moving large rolls of fabric and production materials
• A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative creative team
