We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced Account Director with a strong background in BTL, shopper marketing, activations, experiential and promotions. What will you do:
- Lead senior FMCG and retail client relationships as a trusted strategic partner
- Manage end-to-end shopper marketing, activation, experiential and promotional campaigns
- Oversee campaign execution across retail, wholesale, informal trade, digital and experiential channels
- Drive account growth, profitability and new business opportunities
- Lead, mentor and develop account managers and cross-functional project teams
- Manage budgets, forecasting and overall campaign financial performance
- Collaborate with creative, operations, staffing and field teams to ensure flawless execution
- Ensure delivery of integrated campaigns that meet both brand and business objectives
What will you need:- 7–10 years’ experience in shopper marketing, activations, experiential, promotions and BTL experience essential.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior client service or account director role
- Strong FMCG and retail client experience is essential
- Proven experience managing national campaigns and field teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability management
- Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of retail, shopper behaviour and activation environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
