We are looking for a highly creative and digitally focused Designer with a passion for producing engaging content across multiple channels. You will be an ideas-driven creative who combines strong conceptual thinking with excellent execution across digital, social, web, video and print. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be excited by emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.

What will you do:

• Create compelling digital and print creative assets across social media, web, video, email and marketing campaigns
• Develop concepts and visual solutions that strengthen brand awareness and engagement
• Produce static and video content for multiple platforms and audiences
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative work
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions for campaigns and content initiatives
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touch-points
• Utilise AI tools to enhance creative development and production workflows

What will you need:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a design agency, in-house creative team, or freelance environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, print, branding and campaign work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with after effects, premiere pro, video editing and content creation
• Knowledge of web design, UX principles, responsive design and digital best practices
• Strong typography, layout, branding and visual storytelling skills
• Experience using AI tools for image, video and content creation
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
• Relevant degree or qualification in design, visual communication, or a related creative field
