Who are we looking for: A SEO and Geo Specialist to lead organic growth across a portfolio of websites

What you’ll do:
  • Lead SEO and GEO strategy to drive organic growth and improve AI search visibility
  • Optimise websites for search engines and AI-powered platforms through technical SEO, structured data and content strategy
  • Monitor and enhance brand presence across LLMs and AI search tools
  • Conduct keyword, topic and conversational query research to support discoverability
  • Automate reporting, tracking and optimisation workflows using AI tools, scripts and APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed SEO and GEO best practices into digital projects
  • Test and adapt strategies in response to evolving search and AI trends
  • Manage external SEO partners and advocate for organic growth initiatives across the business
What do you need:
  • Proven experience driving organic growth across websites through effective SEO strategy and execution
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search, GEO and how content is surfaced across modern search experiences
  • Solid technical SEO knowledge including indexing, site structure, structured data and performance optimisation
  • Experience using automation, APIs, workflows and AI tools to scale SEO processes efficiently
  • Proficient with leading SEO, analytics and reporting platforms, with the ability to independently analyse and interpret data
  • Self-motivated and experimental mindset with a proactive approach to testing and optimisation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for broader teams and stakeholders
  • Good understanding of how content, UX and technical improvements influence organic performance
