Who are we looking forA fearless, investigative News Journalist with a head for spotting the real story behind the story.
What will you do- Excellent writing, reporting, interviewing and field-reporting skills
- Excellent proficiency in the English language
- Ability to rapidly claim space on air as a credible source of information
- Reading of news bulletins
- Ability to engage in dialogue with on-air personalities
- Passion for current affairs and journalism
- Flexibility with daily working times
- Commitment to journalistic ethics and accuracy
- Multimedia news experience advantageous
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
What do you need- National diploma or equivalent in Journalism or related field, ideally
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a broadcast newsroom
Preferred:
- Proficiency in radio news software (NewsBoss)
- Online and social media reporting experience
- Ability to start as soon as possible
