Loudfire seeks new staff for thriving Joburg operation

This need to increase its senior creative staff complement, mirrors the sustained growth the company has experienced in both its Johannesburg and Cape Town operations, over the past year. Loudfire CEO, Bruce van Halderen, says the company is looking for high level, senior staff whose energy, passion, creativity and motivation are matched by their integrity, honesty, kindness and generosity.

Among the other attributes that would benefit the super-humans who will join its creative, sales and event production team, are: discipline; a high level of computer literacy; the ability to work long hours under enormous pressure; and the willingness to travel countrywide at the drop of a hat.

Van Halderen concludes, with a laugh: “I know people think we’re looking for the holy grail in human form, but I have tremendous belief in people and their potential. In truth, I think these qualities are inherent in every human being. We’re just looking for two people who have uncovered these attributes in themselves and want a platform from which to explore their full potential.”
