Spring really does seem to have arrived - in the Western Cape at least. And with it increasing numbers of people on their feet - running or walking - and on their bikes. The tiny independent gym I go to was almost crowded this morning. The weekend was spent running and cycling - as usual - but it was warm and the whiteness of winter is starting to fade. I hope that this inspires everyone who reads medical on bizcommunity.com to get out there and shake off the winter malaise. Enjoy the sun!
