Sales associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the right solution. The key responsibilities of a sales associated include engaging with customers, highlighting promotion, responding to customer inquires, visual, merchandising, managing inventory carrying out transaction and guiding customers through the buying process
What you need to be a sales associate:- Customer service skills
- The ability to work well with others
- Patience and the ability to be calm in every stressful situation
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Grade 12/N4 equivalent
- Willing to travel
- Willing to relocate
