We are seeking a friendly and outgoing sales consultant to join our retail team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs
• Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalised recommendations
• Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to prioritise customer needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Grade 12/N4 equivalent
• Willing to travel
