Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding and purchasing products, providing advice and recommendations as needed.
• Actively engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences, making personalised product suggestions.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and showcase product features and benefits.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals, participating in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Required:

• NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate, or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa.
• No work experience required.
