We are currently seeking a sales assistant to join our team, playing a significant role in helping us achieve our vision by being a key player in driving our business forward. Your natural ability to engage, inspire, and offer advice to our customers will ensure they choose the best bed for their needs.

Your responsibilities as a sales assistant will include:

• Building rapport with customers to advise them on financial services
• Guiding customers through the sales process and completing necessary order paperwork and credit agreements (full training provided)
• Collaborating closely with store colleagues to deliver outstanding in-store experiences for every customer
• Receiving extensive product training and ongoing coaching and support to facilitate your success, progression, and career development

Please note that due to the nature of our products, the role will involve moving products around the store and performing some cleaning tasks to maintain the store's condition for our customers.

As our busiest times often coincide with evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, you will be expected to cover some of these shifts as part of your working week. However, we value work-life balance and understand the importance of balancing work commitments with personal time.

Skills needed: We are seeking sales assistants with pride, passion, and a positive 'can do' attitude, committed to delivering impeccable customer service with professionalism. You should be driven to achieve sales targets and enjoy engaging with customers, adapting your approach to build rapport and identify their needs.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, possess confident communication skills, and be adept at identifying sales opportunities. You should also be resilient and resourceful, willing to try new approaches to contribute to the success of the store.
