Admin Clerk
Our client in Knysna is looking for an admin clerk to join their company.
This is an urgent position and requires sit-down interviews with the director next week.
Salary: R6,500
Trading hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 - 17h00 Every second Saturday: 08h00 - 13h00
Responsibilities:- General administration duties
- Telephonic queries
- Filing
- Customer service
- Create and maintain a filing system
- Respond to client requests via telephone or email
Requirements:- Experience in the paint industry will be an added benefit
- Time management skills
- Previous experience with Sage and Excel
- Delegation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
