Executive Virtual Assistant

Remuneration:R140 - R150 per hour 
Location:Cape Town
Remote work:Only remote work

Responsibilities:
  • Keeping track of to-do lists and documents that may require updates.
  • Notifying the directors of any matters they may need to attend to.
  • Scheduling meetings, often with multiple parties.
  • Preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Inbox / e-mail management.
  • Maintaining documents: filing, updating standard documents, etc.
  • Ordering stocks and supplies of building materials and other materials as advised.
  • Occasionally required to speak to contractors about building tasks and supplies.
  • Sourcing professionals as required to solve any related issues.
  • General management of the overall workflow and project management.
Qualities of an executive VA:
  • Effective communication via phone call, email, video call, etc.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • High levels of integrity, accountability, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Proactive.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to work closely with directors and offer support.
Skills and requirements:
  • E-mail and calendar management.
  • Ability to track essential tasks and delivery of those tasks.
  • Tech-savvy: up to date with using various types of software and quick to learn.
  • Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Slack and Microsoft To Do would be beneficial.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
