Digital Media Sales ManagerRequirements:- A bachelor's degree/diploma in business, marketing or communication
- A minimum of three years of experience in digital advertising sales with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in a tech startup or technology environment advantageous
- Strong understanding of technology and the digital services industry
- Strong working knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate, create and manage advertising solutions
- Work closely with the head of sales to implement strategic advertising sales plans and source and acquire new agencies and clients through effective sales techniques
- Understand and clearly articulate the value proposition of our advertising products and services
- Prepare and deliver compelling briefs for agencies to execute
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and opportunities and use insights to make recommendations to adjust sales strategies and offerings
- Manage and oversee agencies within your portfolio
- Meet and exceed set revenue targets and maximise revenue inflow
- Use analytics tools to evaluate the ROI of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
