Job overview:

Exciting opportunity for a vibrant candidate willing to learn and grow within the business.  
The front office admin will be the face of the Hoorah Group, keeping the office environment lively, clean and ever ready to invite people in.

Responsibilities ( but not limited to ) 

* Answering phones
* Setting up meetings 
* Making sure the office is operational
* Helping with admin tasks
* Ordering and sorting out office suppliers
* Taking down minutes in meetings if needed 
* Helping with clients who are working from office


Personality:

* Attention to detail
* Well spoken
* Logical skills
* Eager to learn 

Skills

Matric
Administration certificate
1 Year experience
Computer literacy
Ms Suite knowledge
Excellent verbal and writing skills
