My client is looking for a digital account manager to join their innovative, young, smart and fun team based in Sandton. The individual will have the opportunity to work on their exciting, challenging and diverse globally recognised brands.
As an account manager you have three primary purposes:
Align agency work with the strategic/business objectives of the clients you serve.
Build, maintain and grow relationships with your clients (unrivalled client service).
Build, maintain and grow a strong commercial team.
Has strong and persuasive communication skills
Is a creative, flexible problem solver
Has desire to work as one team and share knowledge
Develops and creates strong teams
Is committed to delivering and exceeding expectations
Shows patience and tenacity
Is flexible and responsive to evolving priorities
Is comfortable managing up, as well as down within the team
Works collaboratively as part of a diverse team
Previous proven experience
Experience of working across very technical clients, with the ability to seamlessly transition to more consumer-orientated clients
Experience of both B2B and B2C, across multiple sectors
Proven track record of delivering high-profile campaigns
Experience of leading account, account teams and campaigns
