Job description
Exciting position for an Account Manager to work on large retail accounts, focussing on the Shopper Marketing aspects of the account. The position will require the successful candidate to have great account management experience
from within the retail and ad agency sector, and experience in managing large blue chip accounts.
The successful candidate needs to have a god understanding of consumer needs and behaviours, in order to best advise the client on their branding, activations and marketing requirements.

Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Valid License
- No criminal record
- 8+ years in an Account Manager role
- Must have experience with managing large blue chip accounts (preferably retail) gained from the ad agency (or similar) sector
- Great communication skills and able to report into the highest level of management
- Strong shopper marketing knowledge and exprience (dealing with consumer behaviours etc)
- Experience in ATL, BTL and activations
- Able to mentor and motivate a team
