Job description

Responsible of the efficient and effective day-to-day customer service administration including document preparation, dealing with client enquiries, preparation of paper work for export clients, local shipping documentation, despatch documents, shipment tracing, client feedback and follow up on import licenses

MUST LIVE IN/OR NEAR THE VAAL

Requirements

• Matric
• Ideally tertiary qualification in Admin/Finance
• SAP experience
• Solid Customer Service experience - essential
• Good working knowledge of imports and exports
• MS Office
• Solid admin background in client service environment
