What we are looking for:We are looking for an experienced account executive to work with multiple clients and understand their needs.
What you will do:- Work with key clients to ensure that they achieve optimal benefits from their association with us
- Grow billings with clients to ensure maximum profitability of all client accounts and signing up new clients
- Engage in the creative process to ensure the client's strategic objectives are met
- Involvement in the effective implementation of new projects
- Growing your knowledge of the retail, radio and marketing industries
- Executing studio requests or changes required by clients
- Excellent work flow management skills, to meet clients needs within proposed timelines
- Ability to work effectively independently and with team members
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Anticipating key client improvements/changes
- Manage communication between clients and in-house team
- Strategically plan client's expectations/deliverables required for the months ahead
- Ensuring what was promised to clients is delivered monthly
What you must have:- Appropriate degree or diploma
- Previous experience in media and/or marketing
- Work from the studio
- Own transport
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
- Ability to interpret clients requires and effectively relay this to the rest of the in-house team to execute
