What we are looking for:
A creative director who has strong knowledge of the production and film industry, who understands screenwriting and the ability to come up with concepts, a great creative talent who can launch the school to another level of academics for their students.
What you must have:- Relevant tertiary degree
- Willing to relocate to Nigeria, Lagos
- 10 + years industry experience
- Experience in people management
- Proven ability to ideate specifically for film
- Experience as a creative director at either agency or advertiser, with a copywriter or art director background
- Relentlessly high creative standards and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to gracefully defend creative decisions to leadership, driving creative alignment with leadership and stakeholders
- Have a professional, pro-active and positive attitude that sets an example to others
- Ability to take direction and a willingness to learn new things
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and lead as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
