STADIO (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of: Lecturer Management Accounting (Fixed Term for 2 years)

Assumption date 01 January 2027

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Lecture accounting and management accounting modules at undergraduate level.
• Integrate relevant digital tools into teaching and learning.
• Use the learning management system (LMS).
• Mark and moderate assessments and examinations.
• Perform academic administration and other delegated duties.
• Provide academic support to students.
• Participate in research and scholarly activities.

Minimum requirement:

• A minimum of two years' lecturing experience in higher education.
• Sound knowledge of accounting theory and practice.
• Experience in assessment, moderation and academic administration.
• Good knowledge of an LMS, such as Canvas, as an online teaching and learning tool.
• Evidence of, or potential for, research and scholarly activity.

Qualification:

• A minimum of an honours degree in accounting or a closely related field at NQF level 8.
• A relevant professional designation or membership with CIBA, SAIPA, SAICA, ACCA or CIMA. A CIMA designation or membership is preferred.
