Location: Johannesburg
Work model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days from home). Need to be able to legally work in SA to be considered.
Salary: R50 000 - R60 000 CTC

What the job involves:

• Owning end-to-end project delivery across multiple accounts
• Building and managing project plans with clear timelines, dependencies and deliverables
• Driving proactive workflow management to keep projects on track
• Spotting risks early and escalating when needed
• Managing resourcing alongside traffic and operations
• Keeping client service, creative and production teams aligned
• Maintaining accuracy across systems, timelines and reporting
• Leading status meetings and making sure actions get followed through
• Using project management tools (like Wrike) to improve visibility, reporting and control
• Championing new systems and helping the team adopt them
• Continuously improving processes to strengthen delivery and efficiency

What you need to be considered:

• 5+ years' project management experience in an agency or similar environment
• A track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communication, with the ability to drive accountability across teams
• A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Comfort working with data, timelines and resource planning
• A calm, solutions-focused approach when things get busy
• Genuine curiosity about technology and how it supports workflow

Bonus points if you:

• Have hands-on experience with Wrike or a similar project management platform
• Have led the rollout or adoption of a new system within a team
• Are comfortable working across different teams and personalities
