Job description

Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Marketing Communications, Communications or a related field.

• Approximately 5 years’ relevant experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Digital Communications or Content Marketing.

• Experience within a law firm, professional services or other highly regulated corporate environment would be highly advantageous.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the firm’s presence across all digital and social media platforms.

• Assist with implementing the firm’s digital strategy, including research, tactics, and client-facing digital offerings like client portals and online services.

• Support the development, coordination, administration, and monitoring of internal digital channels and initiatives.

• Report on key analytics, such as engagement metrics and follower growth, across the firm’s digital platforms.

• Manage the distribution of content provided by the Marketing and Communications Manager on relevant digital platforms.

• Oversee the management of digital platforms, including the website, social media channels, and bulk mailing systems.
