Requirements:- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is essential.
- 8 years’ experience in the design and delivery of complex or multi-stakeholder programmes.
- Postgraduate qualification in learning and development, organisational development, or Human Resources is preferred.
- Legal or professional services experience is preferred.
- Experience in instructional design and developing complex blended learning programmes.
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing actionable recommendations.
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills across face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Knowledge of learning analytics, programme evaluation, and change management.
- Working knowledge of AI tools relevant to learning and development and the legal environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct training needs analyses for strategic programmes using competency frameworks, data, research, and stakeholder consultation.
- Design and develop complex blended and multi-modal learning interventions with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and provide trusted advice with limited supervision.
- Deliver L and D workstreams for strategic firm projects, contributing to design, delivery, and project management.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and programme effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Share L and D expertise and maintain quality standards across the team.
- Provide informal guidance on operational excellence and the effective use of AI within L and D.
