This a factory based position - planning and scheduling of machine and factory maintenance plans within a fast paced flexible packaging manufacturing plant.
Skills required- Matric
- Previous maintenance planning and scheduling experience gained in a production/manufacturing environment
- Despatch and vehicle management experience
- Good working knowledge of production processes and related machine maintenance requirements
- Good working knowledge of electrical and mechanical machine issues
- Able to assist with general building maintenance - welding, minor repairs
- Ideally knowledge of weaving machines - fabric
- Willing to pursue a career in production (manufacturing)
- Good working knowledge of production machinery and processes
- Strong computer skills - MS Office, SAGE/similar
- Able to overtime and occasional Saturdays when required
- Own transport
- Valid license
- Able to start ASAP
