Hands on factory management within a flexible label and packaging manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring production processes run efficiently, whilst meeting quality standards and customer expectation.
Suitable candidates require:- A minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in a similar role - flexo labels and packaging
- Experience in the print and packaging industry,
- Working knowledge of ISO and FSSC,
- Strong leadership and communication skills,
- Knowledge of printing processes and techniques,
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
