Job descriptionKey tasks and responsibilities Co-ordination and Administration of all employees (New, transfers, promotions.)- Drawing up of employment contracts, transfer & promotion letters
- Receiving and input of new employee details and master data changes onto the people system
- Creating new employee files & ensuring all employee files are audit compliant
- Manage the new joiner process for trainees from offer letter through to joining instructions
- Accurate & timeous filing of all relevant documentation
- Assisting with all people administration queries
- Drafting UIF documents
- Working on DEEL system
Recruitment- Assist the HR department to draft job descriptions
- Screening CVs
- Posting job ads on direct hire
- Schedule interviews
- Conduct interviews
- Manage all administration during the recruitment process
Ad Hoc- All relevant filing and administration
- Assist with monthly HR reports as and when required
- Assist with all HR requests from the HR department
- Labour relations
- Disciplinary hearing process
- Understanding BBBEE framework
- Exit interviews
RequirementsCriteria for interns: - Matric plus a National Diploma or degree in related field
- Must be unemployed and between 18 – 30 years of age
- Must be a South African citizen
- Work from the office in Springs, Gauteng
Knowledge. skills and abilities:- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate (good with Excel and Word)
- Flexible and able to adjust to change quickly
- Ability to exercise great initiative and independent judgement.
- Ability to maintain all HR information as confidential.
- Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak, write and read the English language.
- Willingness to work additional hours to meet tight deadlines.

- Hold the company’s name high in all liaisons with the various business units within the organization.
- Strict confidentiality should be maintained
