Position: Front Desk Team Leader
Location: Woodstock, Cape Town
About the role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to success? We're seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join us as a team leader and play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable experiences for our guests.
As a team leader concierge, you'll be at the forefront of our guest experience, leading a team of dedicated concierge staff to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities:
Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Leadership and Training: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure they excel in their roles and embody our commitment to outstanding customer service.
Managing Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
Financial Administration:Manage petty cash and other financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Shift Rosters: Develop and manage shift rosters for the concierge team, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services, maintaining open communication and a spirit of teamwork.
Minimum requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, guest services capacity.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Exceptional customer service orientation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
