Ms Kgomotso Moeketsi - Manager in the CEO's Office

Highly regarded as one of the most creative minds in South African radio/media landscape, Kgomotso brings to the MDDA a wealth of experience from commercial radio and TV, and experience of the public broadcast space as well. She spent her early years in the broadcasting industry working for the now defunct Bop Radio and TV, and continued to niche herself in the greenfields radio stations after Icasa issued those licenses, earning accolades and prominence in both P4 Radio and Kaya FM, both as an on-air presenter and Programming Manager. She also spent two years working the strategic post of Project Manager: Programming for SABC3. She is also a sought after radio consultant. Most recently, she has been hosting a talk show on Radio 2000, a slot she continues to fill because "a burgeoning and thriving democracy needs sound voices to discuss pivotal structural democracy matters".

The MDDA looks forward to having the wealth of experience and maturity that both these individuals bring, to enhance its functions of developing and diversifying the media landscape, in its pursuit to promote, support and encourage media development and diversity.
