We all experience stressors from time to time. We also all have within our reach the ability to recover from setbacks more quickly and more efficiently.
The talk will highlight the term 'resilience' from a neuropsychological point of view. You will learn how to change thinking and behavioural patterns to create a neuronal highway to quicker and lasting recovery from adverse circumstances and stressors in your life.
About our guest speaker:
Steffi Stockton from The Mindspa Company. Steffi is a psychologist in private practice with a special interest in neuropsychology. She has worked with numerous large organisations like FNB, Thebe Investments, ESKOM and T-Systems to name a few. Her role includes change management, coaching and leadership training in various companies and settings. Steffi works with both groups and private clients.
She is part of the of the newly establish Mind Spa Company that offers retreats to business as well as individuals. Her specific role is to help people cope with their lives and adjust to their situations. With private clients Steffi works with Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety and Depression as well Relationship Issues and Parenting. www.mindspacompany.co.za
