Product Manager

Requirements

Degree in engineering, information technology, or commerce field or relevant qualification
3-5 years of proven experience as a product manager in a software development environment
Certification as a Scrum product owner (CSPO/SAFe) is a plus
Scrum product owner experience is highly advantageous
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in an agile environment
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
Experience with mobile app development, including Android and iOS platforms is highly preferred
Familiarity with social media and messaging platforms is advantageous

Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise product features and enhancements
Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of the product against established goals and objectives
Generate regular reports on key product metrics, including usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue
Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand and document product requirements
Prioritise feature backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and market analysis
Involvement in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetings
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
