Stakeholder Management has been described as Strategic Management of the finest. An organisation derives its reputation from the way its performance, actions and behaviour are perceived by stakeholders. Stakeholders perceptions influence decisions and actions and are in turn influenced by the relationship building, communication, and engagement practices of an organisation.
The uproar of State Capture and the King Code four on corporate governance, have again underscored the importance of progressive and professional stakeholder management and engagement practices. The King Code 4, in particular, recommends becoming a stakeholder inclusive company.
The training includes Stakeholder Profiling, Engagement Techniques, Reputation and Communication Best Practices. It is essential training for Strategy Practitioners and Corporate Affairs Managers and any person working in the Stakeholder Landscape ecosystem.
