RIP: Creative Circle posts tribute to Mike Ellman-Brown
The Creative Circle has posted a tribute on the passing of one of South Africa's most respected creative directors, Mike Ellman-Brown, after succumbing to cancer last month.
Ellman-Brown worked on several award-winning campaigns together with brands like Coca-Cola, Bell's whisky and Nando's.
He worked with the BBDO network for 12 years, the McCann-Erickson group for 15 years and ran his own agency, Switch, for the remainder of his career until he retired in 2014.
Ellman-Brown was diagnosed with cancer in 2011 and decided to end his advertising career at his agency, Stick, in 2014.
