Body Mapping
B Style Media in partnership with Legacy Art Projects and Storm in Africa Foundation will be hosting a Body Mapping art exhibition with a difference and the first of its kind.
The event is aimed at South African celebrities and influential citizens as part of a fundraiser for Storm in Africa Foundation (www.storminafricafoundation.org) .The Aim of the foundation is to assist families and communities that have been torn apart by crime, specifically crime perpetrated against children.
Invited guests and celebrities will creatively communicate their feelings on children affected by crime and violence. The body maps produced will be exhibited in a fundraising event for Storm in Africa Foundation. The Body Mapping event will explore and creatively communicate the celebrities' stories and feelings in regards to children affected by crime and violence.
The event will be preceded by a workshop which will be held on the 27-29 November where the art pieces will be put together. The Body Maps are to be created by some major names in media, sport and art. On 3 December we will host a fundraising event where the body maps will be auctioned.
