Discovery declares preference share dividend
Health insurance group Discovery has declared a gross cash dividend of 421.50685c per preference share (358.28082 cents net of dividend withholding tax) for the period January to June.
The dividend has been declared from income reserves and no secondary tax on companies' credits have been used.
A dividend withholding tax of 15% will be applicable to all preference shareholders who are not exempt.
The issued share capital at the declaration date is 8-million B preference shares.
