BMi Research unpacks confectionery, soft drinks market for 2012BMi Research has released its annual quantification reports on the confectionery, chewing/bubble gum, dilutables and energy drinks. ![]() While confectionary and chewing/bubble gum market in the main saw little if no growth, the energy and dilutables market saw reasonable growth. The dilutables market growth was largely driven by dilutable dairy juice blends, which are expected to continue growing in 2013. Players in the market feel that the rise in energy drinks popularity has to do with the aggressive marketing campaigns.
