Siyakhula Youngsters and Lifestyle Entertainers Youth Programme sponsorship

In the group we do various things like Choral Music singing, acting short stories, traditional dancing, Sinako dancing, Gumboot dancing and other. In the group we have different age groups; we have members aged 14-30 years and children about 6-13 years. We do have some events but we don't have a settled venue for practicing. Our area is a housing development so people move from one place to another because of the temporary space and we are use to practicing in the group directors house, but it is dependent on his schedule. This means it's slow going for the group and it is going to lower their confidence in what they are doing. Khayelitsha is a bad place to grow up for children, because in Khayelitsha there is a high crime rate, violence, drugs, raping, murdering, old gangster fighting with guys or other dangerous weapons in front of youngsters, kidnapping, etc. If you can, please help our youngsters with any support you have for our group.
