Silver Chilled Dinner

The Saxenburg Wine Estate celebrated their 25th vintage with a superb ‘Silver Chilled Dinner' held at the estate on the hills overlooking Kuils River near Stellenbosch.

Cape Town's media and VIP guests enjoyed a night of merriment with the Buhrer family, who has owned the farm for the past two decades, expert cellarmaster, Nico van der Merwe, and award-winning chef, Leo Romer, who is in his 10th year at the estate's Guinea Fowl Restaurant.
Guests were treated to a wine tasting session with Nico, followed by an exquisite dinner cooked by Leo.
