Fairvest pays R34m for 50% of Sebokeng Plaza

Property company Fairvest is buying 50% of the Sebokeng Plaza for R34m‚ it said on Wednesday, 6 March 2013.

The purchase is consistent with its growth strategy and focus on acquiring retail assets with a weighting in favour of non-metropolitan areas and lower LSM sectors‚ the company said.

Shoprite leases a portion of the Sebokeng Plaza Property and prior expansion agreements will be honoured.
